With the Flex, we set out to flip the script by making dual use vaporizing as convenient as it is fun by equipping it with an easy swap chamber system to instantly switch your device from dry herbs to concentrates and vice versa. For material optimized clouds the Flex has a choice of 4 different temperature settings each catering to the specific needs of dry herbs (360˚, 390˚, 410˚, 440˚F) and concentrates (400˚ - 450˚F, 450˚ - 500˚F, 500˚ - 550˚F, 550˚ - 600˚).

Loading Concentrate Into The Flex
To start dabbing with your Flex, you must first prepare it to handle concentrates. To do this start by removing the magnetic mouthpiece and placing it somewhere safe. From here you will load in the Flex Concentrate Chamber if it is not already loaded, to do this remove the Dry Herb Chamber and place it to the side before loading in the new one. When successfully loaded, the Flex will vibrate once and the concentrate symbol will display in blue.
Once your Concentrate Chamber is attached make use of the included dab tool to scoop out some of your concentrated materials and carefully load them into the Flex. Be sure not to load too much as you want there to be plenty of room for airflow and vapor production.
After you have loaded your materials, replace the magnetic mouthpiece and you are all ready to get to dabbing!
Loading Dry Herb Into The Flex
To get started vaping dry herbs with your Flex, please complete the following steps. First, you must remove your magnetic mouthpiece and place it to the side. Second make sure that your dry herb chamber is loaded and if not, replace the concentrate chamber with it. If done correctly, your Flex will vibrate once to let you know and also display the red dry herb symbol on your screen.
After you have the chamber in place, carefully fill it with ground dry herbs and then replace the magnetic mouthpiece to seal them in. From here you can immediately start vaporizing your dry herbs for some excellent cloud fun!
Using Your Flex In Concentrate Mode
To begin dabbing with your Flex, turn on your device by pressing the power button 5x in quick succession. With things up and running, you can now choose between the 4 different temperature settings by pressing your power button 3x in a row.
The Flex offers 2 distinct ways to enjoy your concentrates with Manual Mode and Pre-Heat Mode.
Manual Mode offers a traditional vape experience, simply hold down the power button on your Flex and start inhaling to enjoy your vapor. For your safety, Manual Mode has an automatic cut off at 15s. Whenever your session has concluded, press the power button 5x to power off your Flex.
To activate pre-heat mode, press the power button 2x in a row to start the Flex’s 3s concentrate pre-heat count down. To cancel your pre-heat, simply press and hold the power button for 2s.
When your concentrates have reached the proper temperature, the Flex will vibrate 2x to let you know and enter Warm Mode for 13s to let you freely draw your vapor. After the 13s of warm mode, the Flex will vibrate 1x and go back to standby.
Using Your Flex In Dry Herb Mode
To use your Flex in dry herb mode kick things off by pressing your power button 5x in quick succession to switch the device on. When you correctly input, your Flex will turn on and you will now be able to switch between the 4 available heat settings.
Once your device is on and temperature set, get started by activating the Flex’s Pre-Heat mode by pressing the power button 2x in a row. This will begin a 20s preheat mode where your dry herbs are slowly brought to heat before transitioning into a 3 minute warm mode. This gives you a full 3 minutes of luscious dry herb seshing that you can enjoy at your own leisure. When the 3 minutes is up, your Flex will vibrate 1x and return to standby.
Adjusting The Flex’s Temperature
To change between the 4 different temperatures press the power button 3x in a row to cycle to the next voltage in line. You can always check your current temperature by taking a look at your screen and viewing how many bars are full with 1 being the lowest and 4 being the hottest.
Pre-Heating Your Flex
To Pre-Heat your Flex Vaporizer press the power button 2x in a row.
When you are in Concentrate Mode pressing the power button 2x will start a 3 second warm up before your Flex vibrates 1x to let you know it's ready to go. From here you get a 13s warm mode where your Flex maintains heat to allow for a series of potent cloud hits. Once done, your Flex will vibrate once more to let you know before returning to stand by.
When in Dry Herb Mode, pressing the power button 2x will begin a 20s pre-heat countdown where your materials are gradually brought to heat. Once completed, your Flex will vibrate 1x to let you know it's ready to hit and enter a 3 minute warm mode to give you the freedom to casually draw on your herbs at your leisure. After the 3 minutes are up, your Flex will vibrate 1x more to let you know before switching to standby mode.
Troubleshooting The Flex
To ensure to smoothest of sessions with your Pack, please be aware of the following troubleshooting warnings that can appear on your Flex.
- Connection Issue - If your Flex flashes its red LED light 3 x in a row, this is to indicate that the connection isn't correct. Please remove your chamber and ensure it is clean, before attempting to continue your session.
How To Charge The Flex
To charge the Flex makes use of the USB-C Cable that shipped with your device. When plugged in correctly, your Flex’s battery icon will begin to flash and a bar will display indicating which level it's currently at. When the Flex is fully charged, the flashing will stop and all 4 colors will shine to let you know it's time to unplug.
The first time you charge your battery make sure to leave it plugged in for a full 2 hours, every time after this never charge your battery for longer than 1 hour at a time to ensure proper life span and reduce short circuit risks.

How To Clean the Flex
To clean your Flex first disassemble both the mouthpiece and material chamber before making use of a swab dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently scrub away at any left over materials stuck to these components. After cleaning, always make sure to leave ample time for your device to dry before continuing use.

Failure to follow these instructions could result in battery damage and frying of the internal system. If the device gets too hot while you are using it, please stop using it for a while. All of our hemp products are handled with the best care.
1.1 We use Royal Mail and DHL for UK deliveries.
1.2 For Standard delivery which is free for our customers, our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was despatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been despatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly.
1.3 If your order value is below £100 and you have selected standard delivery, your order will be despatched with Royal Mail.
1.4 If your order value exceeds £100 or contains any large items and you have selected standard delivery, your order will be despatched with DPD Tracked.
1.5 Orders despatched on a Royal Mail Service are NOT tracked and can take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
1.6 Orders despatched with DPD are tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Once despatched, delivery will take place within 2-3 working days.
1.7 For Next Day deliveries £7 [UK only], orders received before 1.00pm (Mon - Thurs) will be processed and despatched on a priority basis to ensure it reaches you within 1 working days. Please make sure you are at the delivery address within the time frame from purchase to accept the order as a signature will be required. Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays), meaning an express order placed after 1.00pm on a Thursday but before 1.00pm on a Friday, will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday (excl. bank holidays). Our Next Day Delivery service is handled by DPD; we aim for you to receive your order within 1 working days (Mon-Fri). DPD will contact you by email to help you track your order once it has been despatched. Our Next Day delivery service DOES NOT guarantee your order for next day delivery, if it was placed after 1.00pm (Mon - Thurs).
1.8 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
1.9 If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Services at info@budmother.com , We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 15 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.
1.10 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge unless the order is shown as delivered by the couriers tracking.
1.11 If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flower, CBD extracts, rolling papers, CBD products and vape cartridges.
Once we receive your return please allow us 1 working to inspect the products to ensure they are in resalable condition.
To complete your return, we require your five digit order number as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund reflects in your bank account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@budmother.com and we will provide you with a return address.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
