Shipping Policy

BudMother Shipping Policy.

 

All of our hemp products are handled with the best care. We stock and fulfil everything ourselves, nothing is shipped and fulfilled by a third party.

 

Packaging:

 

We use discreet packaging for all of our products. They come in smell proof mylar bags within a nondescript brown envelope or box.

 

1.1 We use Royal Mail and DPD for UK deliveries.

 

1.2 For Standard delivery £3.90 our aim is to prepare your order and dispatch it within 1 working day [Monday to Friday excl]. bank holidays and public holidays]. You will receive your order within 1-5 working days depending on the shipping option you chose at checkout. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, if your order has not been dispatched within 3 working days, please contact us at orders@budmother.com

 

1.3 If your order value is over £50 and you have selected free Royal Mail 2nd class tracked shipping your order will take 3-5 working days to arrive. 

 

1.4 If your order value exceeds £100 and you have selected free Royal Mail next day shipping your order will take 1 working day to arrive if you placed your order before 12pm. 

 

1.5 If your order value exceeds £250 and you have selected free DPD next day delivery your order will take 1 working day to arrive if you placed your order before 11am.

 

1.6 Orders despatched with DPD next day delivery are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

 

1.7 For Royal Mail next day deliveries £7.00 [UK only], orders received before 12pm (Mon - Friday) will be processed and dispatched on a priority basis to ensure it reaches you within 1 working day. Please make sure you are at the delivery address within the time frame from purchase to accept the order as a signature will be required. Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays), meaning a Royal mail next day delivery order placed after 12pm on a Friday but before 12pm on a Saturday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday (excl. bank holidays). Our Next Day Delivery service is handled by Royal Mail; we aim for you to receive your order within 1 working days (Mon-Fri). We aim to contact you within 24 hours of dispatch to provide you with a tracking number. Our Next Day delivery service DOES NOT guarantee your order for next day delivery, if it was placed after 12pm (Mon - Friday).

 

1.8 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched orders delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

 

1.9 If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery timeframe  please contact our Customer Services team at orders@budmother.com ,  We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 15 days of placing your order.  If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

 

1.10 We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

 

1.11 If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

 

1.12 If your order is left in your safe space and it goes missing we are not liable to replace or refund you order.

 

1.13 If the courier you have chosen has attempted to make a delivery and you were not present to accept the delivery we are not liable to replace or refund your order.
